Mid Morning Triathlon Program…July 31, 2017
Embark’s mid morning program is designed to help our less time constrained ‘athletes’ get into multi sport. Our program is geared towards people looking to get fit in a fun and safe environment during conventional ‘working’ hours. We guarantee an action packed session to get you ready for your chosen goal.
As the week’s progress and the fitness increases we will start to introduce the wonderful world of triathlon. We have planned a safe and gradual schedule slowly initiating the swim and outdoor cycling through a series of workshops and controlled workouts.
The Cape Town sessions will be facilitated by our qualified instructor and trainer, Tracy Wiehahn. Our triathlon coach, STeve Attwell will watch over the progression of the groups. We will be incorporating sessions with our resident physio and sport scientist, Genine Manchip and she will a close eye on keeping the newbies injury free. The Cape Town group training and classes cost R699/month and this includes an online training program (that can be personalised) with additional workouts.
We will settle your nerves and show you that just starting is best way to get into the sport! Our sessions will be Tues run, Wed ride, Thurs swim 830-930am.
