We have just launched our ‘Back to Fitness’ program on the Atlantic Seaboard. This program is not event specific, but more a routine for training and getting your fitness back gradually through a host of weekly group activities. They vary from swimming to biking to running to boot camp and trail running! You dont have to commit to everything, just to what suits you!
With our coach and physio, Genine, she will guide and mentor you over the next few months and track your progress on a weekly basis. No matter your level, you will slot nicely into the group as most of the sessions are time based and not distance based.
