Embark at Jail Break
All the beginner 70.3 Embark triathletes take on thier first (slighly longer) Olympic Distance race at the Jail Break triathlon in December
The distances are a 1.1km swim, 50km bike and a 12km run. The weather is always very hot, and this year we hit 40 degrees before midday!
Well done to all the athletes for completing a tough, hot but amazing race!
