AfricaX Trail Run

After the completion of Ironman 70.3 Embark begins group training for AfricaX trail run. The AfricaX is a 3 day stage running race in teams of 2s. The distances are 28km, 42kms, 25kms and all off road. Embark facilitates a 13 week group training program, covering all aspects of the race.

We train on the terrain that we race on, and the highlight of the program is the Hermanus to Kleinmond run.
