  We are 10 days into our group training for the Knysna half marathon and marathon now. Tomorrow is our long weekend run. We are currently training 4 days of the week and these training sessions are taking place over 4 venues in Western Cape and 1 venue in Johannesburg. On the 29th April, Embark  begins its winter training for the Knysna Half and full marathon, the exciting update is that this training now also takes place in Johannesburg. After 3 weeks of progressive training, the Embark Knysna half and full marathon groups are taking a rest week. The rest week is vital and is as important as the training itself.
