Running the Bay2Bay in early Jan?…

Our coached group training for the Bay2Bay is on fire!! Its the biggest group yet and our running coach Garth, is preparing the Embark runners like there is no tomorrow! Every session has a purpose and the athletes are learning both the mental and physical side of the training. The 5km time trial last week saw just how much the training is helping, as almost all of the group nailed impressive times and for most of them it was personal bests! The group is a mixture of beginners and expereinced runners, but every runner gets 100% out of the sessions.

The Bay2Bay is a 15km or 30km run, so the athletes train for their respective choice. The training offers a track/speed session, a hill/strength session, a core and conditioning session and a long weekend run. Their is always a coach present at the group training and the sessions are planned and structured. Its not too late to join! Contact us if you are interested.

In early January we begin with the 12 weeks group coached training for the 2 Oceans Half Marathon.
