Knysna Marathon and Half Marathon training underway…

We are now going into Week 2 of the Knysna marathon and half marathon training. We are doing 4 group training sessions a week, broken down into a hill session, a track/speed session, a long run and a boot camp. Richie (Embark’s running coach) takes the half marathon training and STeve takes the full marathon training group. The groups train together although the marathon group run extra distance either before or after the session.
