Swimming is coming on…

As the triathletes get more used to the drills and swimming routines, they are split up into lane ability groups and follow set programs for the sessions. These sessions vary from 1500m to 2000m and incorporate all the essential open water drills. Its great to see the triathletes working together and learning to swim on each others feet to save energy. They have to get used to the feeling of someone on their feet and also used to swimming on someone elses feet. We are heading to the canals for the first time next weekend, so its going to be interesting to see the progress in the open water. Next session is the boot camp in the morning and then on Saturday is our brick session of 3h ride on the cycle paths and 10 min run.
