With 3 weeks down the beginners are getting into good routine now with their training. As a group we are running once a week, cycling once a week and swimming once a week. The athletes get their program on Monday and within the program it dictates the additional sessions that they are required to do on their own that week. (These sessions are optional at this stage, but become compulsory as we get fitter and need more time training). We are aiming towards our first Duathlon in April and our first triathlon in May.
