Team Triumph’s quest for marathon continues…

The Team Triumph girls are now into week 4 of their quest to complete the Kynsna Forest Marathon in July. Training is going ‘great guns’, and we are starting to see real improvements in fitness levels. The girls are running twice a week with the coach (STeve), doing one leg strength session and running once on their own at this stage. The mid week session is combined with ATC Multisport to give the girls extra exposure to runners. As time goes on and the girls get stronger, we will increase duration, but the key for us now is to make 8 weeks injury free. Once we have this base we will increase the tempo! Evil Coach!
