Stace in transition

Congrats to the Embark triathletes that have now been upgraded to 70.3 Half Ironman finishers! What an amazing 6 months of training, racing and most  importantly meeting some wonderful friends. The 4 days in East London was a buzz of excitement and nerves, but before we knew it, it was race day! We had HOT conditions with humidity which made the run quite uncomfortable, but didnt stop the athletes from awesome results.
