Windy Track!

With wind speeds picking up to 60km/h only Oli on his kite board was smiling! (He will get a fine for missing the session though!) We had to change our track session at La Med to a tempo run session along the promenade. We did 5 mins of warm up, and then 2x10min tempo runs at our 10km pace, with 3mins recovery between the reps. Finished off with 10mins run cool down. Not much chatting afterwards, as it semed the wind really wanted us inside!
