Time trial times for Block 2

After 4 more weeks of progressive training, the athletes took an easy recovery week and completed their times trials. Again the swim-bike-run was the same distances as the previous month, this way we get to track improvements. We are happy to see some great improvements this month, and hope the Embark athletes continue to improve! This week we go back to progression for 3 weeks. Good luck to all the Embarkers that are taking on their first triathlon this weekend at Clanwilliam.
