Our first running strength session

Once again we had amazing weather for our running session. 40mins of strength work, beach running and lots of stairs, and i mean lots! The athletes could choose how many they wanted to run, zig zagging up and down the Clifton beaches. The main challenge was for everyone to get to the top of Biskop stairs. Biskop, has around 244 steps, so its brilliant for leg strength work. All the Embarker’s got to the top, a great achievement for everyone! We will try to do this route once every two weeks and soon it will become a breeze to run up to the top of Biskop!
