Beginners complete their first run/bike brick session

This week we did our first BRICK session. A brick session is a training session where you do two of the triathlon disciplines back to back. We did a bike/run combination brick on this occasion. We started at the Chapmans Peak Hotel, rode out to the top of Chapman’s Peak then back down. Back at the hotel, we transitioned in the parking lot and ran the beach of Hout Bay. This sort of training is very useful come race day! Great effort everyone!
