13 Week Program let us help you get through winter and keep your fitness up as we sail into summer. No level of fitness is expected here as you will progress to run your half marathon over the 13 weeks.
Our Bay to Bay program is 12 Weeks.
There is no fitness level required as we will build you up to 15KM. For our 30km program your current long run should be 10km.
