The all new Grape Run program offered in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, will let us help you get through winter and keep your fitness up as we sail into summer. No level of fitness is expected here as you will progress to your specified goal of 14kms or 21kms!
Our Knysna half marathon and full marathon program is 12 Weeks.
The half marathon program caters for all levels of athletes’ whether you are just starting out on your running journey or looking to run your personal best. The course is one of the faster 21.1kms in the Western Cape.
The Knysna marathon is a hard and hilly marathon. You need to have run a half marathon or been actively running within the last 3 months before you tackle this training.
10 Week program join us for Cape Town’s premiere marathon training as we tackle the 10 weeks after the Knysna half marathon. We require you to have run at least a half marathon within the last 3 months.
13 Week Program let us help you get through winter and keep your fitness up as we sail into summer. No level of fitness is expected here as you will progress to run your half marathon over the 13 weeks.
