Taking that first step towards your chosen fitness goal is always intimidating for beginners. Whether it be a half marathon, a triathlon, or even just getting a personal coach, Embark can offer help in all these areas.

Embark was launched in 2010, specifically to coach and guide beginners through their first triathlon. Over the years we have diversified, and now run a full years program incorporating an array of goals that we help our athletes each annually. Weekly coached sessions in swim, bike and run are facilitated in groups, providing a safe and motivating environment and encouraging a healthy competitive spirit. We have group training in Atlantic Seaboard, Northern Suburbs, Somerset West, Blouberg, Southern Suburbs and in 2014 we have our first group coaching in Johannesburg.

Whether your goal is to complete your first triathlon or take on the challenge of a half iron-man and ironman, Embark offers all year round goal-orientated group training. Embark also offers one-on-one triathlon coaching as well as personal training, in private gyms, homes or the great outdoors.
